Know what to expect.
The GovCon Compliance Check starts with a conversation about your business. Share your contract stage, accounting software, current challenges, and any upcoming review or submission. Regina can help you identify which accounting questions need attention and discuss whether additional support is a good fit.
Use the contact form to describe your needs in general terms. Select the free Compliance Check and share any timing concerns.
Regina follows up to arrange a mutually convenient time and confirm how you will connect. The request form does not reserve an appointment.
Discuss priorities and possible support. Any detailed review or paid engagement is scoped and agreed separately, with no obligation to proceed.
What you can discuss
- Your current accounting system and how it supports project costs and reporting.
- Questions about bookkeeping, timekeeping, indirect costs, or year-end organization.
- An upcoming DCAA review or Incurred Cost Submission and the support you may need.
- Which records and processes would be useful to review in a further engagement.
The free check is an introductory discussion, not an audit, system certification, detailed records examination, or written compliance opinion. It does not guarantee government approval. Regina confirms any further review and deliverables with you before that work begins.
Prepare without sharing sensitive files.
Have your accounting software name, a general outline of your contract work, and two or three questions ready. Please keep the initial form general. Do not upload or paste financial account information, confidential contract documents, or personal identification details.
